The Euphoniums (Euphonia?)

• Jon Smith (Principal) - By nature a social animal, outgoing and extravagant, chatty John is famed for his amusing after-dinner speeches and devil-may-care attitude to life. Disappeared to Wales last year but, being a local lad through and through, he soon got bored with leeks, coal and sheep, coming home to a hero's welcome and a ticker-tape parade through the streets of Battle. Well, almost.
  
  
• Karen Dench - Karen has recently turned the clock back to her young(er) free and single days, and reverted to her maiden name (to the loud popping of champagne corks). She has what can only be described as a "Victorian" amount of offspring and claims to have a medical condition that causes loud belching (and consequent loss of commitment league points) during rehearsals. The jury is still out on this one, pending a doctor's report.
